Overall they seemed to really like my final product, saying it excellently communicated my intended message which I feel is the most important thing; I was slightly worried that they would find the map slightly overwhelming or confusing. One point that was made was that they couldn't quite grasp the link I had made between the underground map and modernism, stating that Massimo Vignelli designed the subway map. However, the link wasn't meant to be between the underground map and modernism exactly. The reason that I had mentioned modernism was due to the relationship between modernism, increasing technology and doing old things in new ways, and the phone. Obviously this wasn't made clear enough in my writing and would be something I would explain better if I was to redo it. Another comment that was made was about my blog being hard to find. I did have a slightly different theme to the original simple one, however it was very easy to find things on. However, I have now changed my blog in order to prevent any confusion in the future.
